Hi, I’m Chris Roberts, owner and operator of Roberts Family Inspection Services, serving the greater Capital District in and around Albany, NY. I’m a New York State Licensed Home Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and a NYS Department of Labor Licensed Mold Assessor.

After more than 25 years in customer service and management, I transitioned into home inspections with a clear goal: to help people confidently navigate this important part of the real estate process. I understand how overwhelming buying a home can be, I have been through it a few times, and I take pride in providing detailed, honest, and easy-to-understand inspections that give my clients peace of mind.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. My young son keeps me on my toes, and the three of us enjoy hiking, fishing, and cooking together as a family.
